Well, we just got back from our latest Dr.'s appointment and we found out that we will be having a baby boy in June! It's a BOY ;D

Here are the ultrasound pictures we got today. Next week I will do another belly picture so you can see my growing changes. Hee, hee!

21 Weeks

I am SO excited about tomorrow. I can't believe that we are going to find out if we are having a little boy or girl. We are adding one more member to our little zoo. I've been feeling really good. I keep getting these little sharp pains right at my tail bone. It's a very weird pain, but it seems to go away after awhile.

So... I have asked everyones guesses on the sex of the baby. I wanted to post a list of what everyone thinks.

The babies room is now complete...well almost. We still need all that furniture, toys and of course, a baby! The picture below show the progress from paint to the completed project.

And here is the after. I decided to make every shelf adjustable so as the kid grows so does the closet.

Well, that is the room. Next Wednesday we get to find out what the sex of the baby is and once we know that I am sure we will start to decorate. This is so much fun!

Week 20

Belly update :0)

As of right now I feel pretty good! I feel like I have grown so much in the past couple days so I wanted to post a picture so you can see it. My belly is "poking out" now and almost all the parents at work have noticed and said something. There have been a LOT of colds/flu going around, so they are telling me how I shouldn't be there because it's not good for me :D Too late, I already had it... I had an ear infection and sinus infection last week. I went to the Dr. and heard the heartbeat. He told me that there was fluid in my left ear and that the pain I feel in my sinus' was most likely infected causing the pain. He then proceeded to tell me that I can take Tylynol and make sure to get lots of sleep. He said if my sleeping is really bad to take Tylynol PM. So I have been taking that as well to get better.

I feel a lot of pressure (down there) that doesn't seem to be letting up. I think that's pretty normal. I sit a lot at work right now which I feel bad about, but there's nothing much else I can do. My lower back hurts quiet a bit if I don't.

I have more energy and I'm not sick at all. Even with the cold, I just slept and slept.

I have my thyroid appointment tomorrow so I will post more on that later and let you know what she says. I'm not planning on much!

Steve felt the baby kick tonight for the first time ;0) WHOO-HOo!!

Week 18!

Here is a belly comparision from last time. I don't see much of a difference, but you tell me if you do ;0) Still feeling the baby kick like crazy, not very strong, it's just very frequent.

18 Weeks!
Kick, kick and more kick...

This little thing (boy or girl) is kicking/rolling/punching me like crazy right now as I am typing, so I just wanted to post and let you know that I have started feeling it. It doesn't hurt or anything like that yet, it's very subtle but I can definately feel it. I started noticing it for sure about a week ago. Now anytime I tie my shoes, bend over or sit really still for a little bit I can feel him/her. I can't wait to find out what we are having on the 31st so I can finally call Dot by it's actual gender. "Herm" just doesn't seem to cut it ;0)

17 Weeks!
Last week I went to my OB Dr. It was a new Dr. this time... every month when I go in I get to meet a new Dr. in the office so when I deliver, I am comfortable with whoever is on call. Steve came with again, which was really nice to have him there because we got to hear the heartbeat for the first time. We have seen it before on the ultrasounds, but we have never actually heard it. The Dr. found it almost immediately and it was SO strong!! The count was 146BPM. That was really cool!! We also scheduled our next appointment which will be on January 31st and it will be to determine the sex! WHOO-HOO!! I can't wait. I think Steve is even more excited than me, if that is possible (:D).

That is all I have for now. I don't think my belly has changed much, so maybe next week I'll do a belly shot. Below is a picture of "Dots" first stuffed animal. Kelly got this for us at Christmas to her future niece/nephew from "Auntie Kelly". It's a huskie dog... sooo cute!! Thanks Kelly!!
