Well, we are down to our last 2 months. I have said this 100 times, but I'm saying it again... I can't believe how fast this time has flown by!
I am officially back from Reno, NV! The trip went really well, and I miss Steve quite a bit because he is still in NV finishing up his training. It was SO cool to go and see Reno and Lake Tahoe. Lake Tahoe, NV is just amazing! It's one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to! We took a few pictures while we were there and I will post them on my normal blog when I get a chance.
Yesterday I was at the grocery store and among the many other things I bought when I looked at the expiration date of the orange juice and kraft sliced cheese I thought to myself "I'll have a newborn son when this expires". I hit me really hard that this is for real, it's really happening. I taped American Idol last night and I was catching up watching it tonight. They had Antonio Banderas on there promoting Shrek number 3 which is coming out in June. It hit me again... I'll have a son! I don't know why all of a sudden I can't wrap my arms around what that will mean. We have waited SO long for this time to come and it's almost here. It just doesn't seem real. I'm very pregnant... I feel Lee moving all day/night long... heck, I eat like it's going to be my last meal. All signs that I'm going to be having a baby and it's just now hitting me some of the ways our life will never be the same. I feel so blessed! I'm rambling and not making much sense I'm sure :) Sorry... I just can't wait for what's to come, for 7 years it's just been Steve, me and 2 dogs as a family.
The baby shower is this Sunday and we have a lot of family coming in from out of town to stay with us. Steve's Mom (Lil), Steve's sister (Amy), Steve's niece (Kayleigh), possible Steve's BIL (Matt), one of my best Friend's (Brooke) and her daughter (Aimee). I have been doing some shopping and a lot of cleaning/laundry to get ready for them to come! I borrowed air matresses from my Dad so everyone will hopefully have a comfortable stay :D I can't wait for them to get here and to see everyone at the shower! There are a few of you that are out of town that sent cards/gifts because you are unable to be here and we just wanted to say "Thank You" so much from the bottom of our hearts for your generous thoughts, gifts and love! I feel so blessed again to have such awesome friends and family in my life! Thank you so much again!
Lee is doing really well, he's growing and stretching my tummy very nicely ;) Steve has the laptop so I can't do the comparison thingie, but you can see how big my tummy is getting! LOL.
Ok, that's all the updating I have for tonight. I hope you were able to make it this far... I got a bit overboard (sorry). I can't wait to see you Sunday and if you are unable to make it, I can't wait until we see you or talk to you again!

Hi, I just wanted to say that when I had my first baby nearly two years ago I experienced the same oh! my! gawd! moment when buying groceries with expiration dates past my due date. It was such a momentous occassion that I actually CUT OUT the top of a orange juice carton and it is now in my son's baby book! So, I totally get what you are saying!
I've been reading along with your blog since the beginning, and I don't think I ever said Hi. So, Hi! I am just a few weeks behind you preggo wise. You look great! Best of luck, and I hope you had a wonderful baby shower today.
