16 Weeks OldMy Little Punkin Head!!
So there have been a few firsts this week:
1) First time to a pumpkin farm.
2) First time to the park and in a swing.
3) First time giggling when tickled.
Steve and I took Lee to the park for the first time. We have a small one in our subdivision so we walked over there. We put him in the swing with his blanket behind him to hold him in there tighter. He did really good and liked it a lot. The picture on top is of LJ in the swing.
Lee has been blowing TONS of bubbles/raspberries. He is talking (cooing) a lot more too. I have a video of him talking to his bears in his swing. It's kinda hard to see him because he's buried in his blanket and I didn't want him to see the camera because then he would stop. He probably sat there 20 minutes talking to the bears before he passed out. I'll post the video a little bit later.
He still seems like he's teething, but nothing has broken through yet. I can still see them under the gums and I can feel them. Also he has been eating 6oz, sometimes even 7oz. Next week we start solids and I can't wait. We are still working on the pacifier thing. Lee's not too into it. He plays with it alot when in his mouth. He will hold onto it, take it out and then drop it, just this week I saw him take it out of his mouth completely and then put it back in so I think he's starting to get the hang of it.
I tickled LJ a few days ago and he actually giggled instead of grunting. I think he is starting to understand that it's a good thing. Sometimes he looks at you like you're growing horns on your head.

I LOVE that picture of Lee in the swing sOOOOooooOOO cute! What a fun day it was yesterday I really can't wait to hang out again!
Love you!
Oh wow! I can't believe how much he grows from week to week.
I have a picture of James about the same age in a swing for the first time. He had a different expression on his face though. I don't think he was sure he liked it much. You have a great picture of him in the swing. Such a great expression of joy.
I didn't realize you were close to Chicago too until Crystal mentioned it. I would love to meet you too if you are able. I hope to meet Crystal very soon.
